We use USPS (US Postal Service) as our preferred carrier to ship most products so that we can keep your costs low. We inspect every item before shipping and pack securely. USPS is VERY reliable, but we can take no responsibility for delivery problems, loss or damage once we drop off your package at our local post office. In our experience, delivery problems are very rare and have occured in only 1 out of every 350 orders shipped on average. But it is certainly no consolation if that one order from 350 happens to be yours.
Also, please note that regular USPS shipping (domestic or international) does NOT include insurance unless purchased separately. Hence, optional insurance services are offered and recommended for most products (Telescopes/Binoculars are shipped with tracking and insurance included so you don't need to buy insurance separately for these items).
International Customers: Upon your request, we will send you several shipping choices. Choices with tracking and insurance will also be offered. You can pick the one you want and pay for it using the first item in the list below.
Domestic US Customers: If any part of your order will ship via USPS, you can add optional insurance as follows:
- Add items you want to purchase to the online shopping cart and determine your order total
- Return to this page and choose the appropriate insurance option based on your order total
- Complete check-out using the online shopping cart
